Sailers offers a full line of your choice of retail cuts of meat, along with many award winning sausages, including brats, wieners, summer sausage, bologna, snack stix and strips.  We also carry many smoked and cured products, including our award winning smoked beef, bacon and smoked ham. 

If there is a special cut of meat, or an old time favorite sausage that you are looking for, just give us a call or stop in.  We do our best to get our customers exactly what they are looking for.

If you are looking to fill your freezer, we sell beef by the 1/4, 1/2, or whole, and pork by the 1/2 or whole.  We will cut and process it exactly the way you like.
