custom processing

Sailer's custom processes beef, pork, lamb, goats, and bison.  Just call to set up an appointment.  We can come out to the farm and pick up your animal or you can haul it in yourself to be slaughtered at our facility.  It will be federally inspected at our plant and processed to your specifications.  We will send out a confirmation prior to your scheduled slaughter date.  There will be a designation sheet for you to fill out to specify how the animal is to be split and who will be getting it.  We ask that this sheet be returned in advance to your slaughter date, completely filled out.  You may fax, email, or send it by mail.

We ask that all cutting instructions be turned in prior to the slaughter date for pork, sheep and goat, and for beef and bison within 5 days after slaughter.  We will contact every customer at least once to go over the cutting instructions and expect a call back from the customer in the time alloted if needed.  Please notify your customers of our requirements.

If you need prices on custom slaughtering, please give us a call or email us and we will be happy to answer any questions.  If you need to cancel a slaughter appointment or change number of animals, we request it to be done 10 days prior to you slaughter date.  Please call 715-639-2191 ext 201 to make any scheduling changes or to schedule an animal(s) for slaughter.

Below are copies of the designation sheets for your use if you would like to email them to us.  Also attached below you will find cutting options sheets for beef and pork.  Please email all forms to peggy.wilk@sailersmeats.com  If it helps, you can use these to help with your cutting instructions.  We will still give you a call to go over the cutting with you if you would like.
