Sailer's custom processes beef, pork, lamb, buffalo, and red deer. Just call to set up an appointment. We can come out to the farm and pick up your animal or you can haul it in yourself to be slaughtered at our facility. It will be state inspected at our plant and processed to your specifications. We will send out a confirmation prior to your scheduled slaughter date. There will be a designation sheet for you to fill out to specify how the animal is to be split and who will be getting it. We ask that this sheet be returned the day before the slaughter date, completely filled out. You may fax, email, or send it by mail.
We ask that all cutting instructions for beef and buffalo be called in by noon on the first Tuesday following the Wednesday slaughter. All cutting instructions for pork and lamb need to be in by noon on the first Thursday following the Wednesday slaughter. We will contact every customer at least once to go over the cutting instructions and expect a call back from the customer in the time alloted if needed. Please notify your customers of our requirements.
If you need prices on custom slaughtering, please give us a call or email us and we will be happy to answer any questions. If you need to cancel a slaughter appointment, please call us as soon as possible.

If it helps, you can use these to help with your cutting instructions. We will still give you a call to go over the cutting with you if you would like.
